This deck was a freestanding deck that was a complete tear out and rebuild.

This project consisted of tearing out very old carpet and padding, Installing a new subfloor in several areas, and laying down LVP flooring throughout.

This job began as a simple carpet removal. Once all the carpet and padding was out, we found a decent hardwood floor. Except for a bunch of pet stain discoloration. 

Turned out amazing.

The simple change (or should I say Simple Fix) made a world of difference. It was like a whole new church when we left.

So... We sanded and re-stained it. (Pic Taken Prior to Seal)
